First of all, I am not going to start out by bashing renting like many of my fellow real estate agents. Renting has it’s usefulness and some people just don’t want to deal with all of the responsibility and maintenance that goes into owning a home. Renters might also be thinking about where they eventually want to buy in the Orlando area, which can be a pretty daunting task considering our large our metropolitan area is.
